Honest answers about how Edulead works, what onboarding looks like, and what to expect from the data.
You can start using Edulead in your first session.
After a demo, you'll get access to a sandbox with real districts and contacts — so you can explore your territory and build segments before committing anything to your CRM.
From there, onboarding is hands-on and focused. In a few working sessions, we'll align on how your team targets districts, structures accounts, and pushes data into your CRM.
Most teams see value immediately and are fully up and running within a few weeks.
Updates happen as soon as we detect a change.
Our system continuously monitors district and school directories, FOIA responses, and other public sources. The moment a role, email, or organizational detail changes — and we verify it — we update the record and make it available to your team.
Rather than waiting for batch "refreshes," we update as soon as changes become publicly visible. Most districts only update their directories about every ~30 days — but when they do, we detect and verify those changes immediately, so your data stays aligned with reality.
Changes are delivered directly to your CRM based on your configuration:
We also preserve change history and include source-backed audit trails, so your team can see exactly what changed and why.
In short: the system updates as soon as reality changes — and your CRM stays in sync without manual list replacements.
Edulead integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce out of the box.
If you're using something else, let's talk — we work with teams to find the right fit.
We price by district, not by contact or title. You're not paying per lead or per role because you're owning the account.
If you want to understand what that looks like for your territory, the demo is the right place to start.
