These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website get.sitedrafted.com and the Edulead platform, including any sandbox, trial, or paid subscription (together, the "Service"), provided by Edulead, Inc. ("Edulead," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("Customer," "you").
Edulead provides verified K12 district and school staff contact data, including source logs, title history, and freshness indicators, along with tools to search, segment, and sync that data into a Customer's CRM (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
To use the Service you may need to book a demo and receive access to a sandbox environment or a paid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account. Sandbox access is provided for evaluation purposes and may be limited, time-boxed, or revoked at our discretion.
Paid access to the Service is billed according to the pricing plan selected at signup (typically priced per district). Fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in an order form. We may change pricing for future subscription terms with reasonable notice.

We take reasonable steps to verify and keep contact data current, including source logging and periodic re-verification. However, contact data reflects publicly available information at the time of collection and may change without notice; we do not guarantee that every record is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
The Service, including its software, design, compiled datasets, and documentation, is owned by Edulead or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or practices.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it except as permitted under these Terms or as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN AN APPLICABLE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDULEAD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO EDULEAD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate a subscription as set out in an applicable order form. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, including violations of the Acceptable Use section. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though certain provisions (e.g., confidentiality, limitation of liability, payment obligations) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Your State/County].
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
